Operations Section

The Operations Section performs repair service twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week on public safety telecommunications equipment owned by state and other government agencies such as county, local government, and federal. To obtain service, you may contact any TD Public Safety Communications Shop during business hours or the Maintenance Hotline shown below. The names, telephone numbers, and addresses of the managers and field area supervisors who oversee the shops are listed on the TD Public Safety Communications Shop page.

Note: You may contact the Maintenance Hotline any time at 916-657-9999 to request service. Hotline personnel will take your name and telephone number and see that you obtain timely service.
